We are so sure that we will sell your home, We Guarantee it! 

We sell homes all over the Central Kentucky area. The guarantee is usually available for homes in the Lexington area in Fayette County.

How does the Guaranteed Sale Program work?

When you list your home with Brad Johnson, you may decide to opt into my Guaranteed Sale Program.  The program is 120 days long and in it I agree to sell your present home in the Lexington area at a price acceptable to you or I or one of my investor clients will buy it.

Of course, there are limitations depending on price range and this program is not available for all homes. Here's why. I'm not like a typical investor. I really don’t want to own your home. I do, however, want to give you options on the sale of your home. The guaranteed sale may be subject to financing and appraisal or we may offer a cash sale with a quick closing!

I offer this program to make sure you understand that with our marketing and agreed price reductions, I can and will sell your home or I’ll buy it. If I sell your home above the bottom (agreed to price) you get the benefit of the higher price. It’s a win-win for you.

This lets you know the bottom line costs for selling your home. So, if you’re out shopping for another home and find one you like, you can immediately place an offer on it.

Do you have to enter the Guaranteed Sale Program?? The answer is NO. It is your choice if you would like to enter the program. But, it's nice to have a choice!

Is there a Fee to enter the Guaranteed Sale Program? The answer is NO. There is never a fee for the Guaranteed Sale Program or a Home Market Analysis to determine the value of your home. There also is no fee to receive monthly Market Reports showing you real estate activity in your area.

How will I know what the guaranteed price is? I can’t determine that until I visit your home and put together a detailed market analysis. I then show you a pricing structure and I do nothing until you are completely satisfied and want to get started!
